Members of RCS leadership took to the trees at Pleasant Ridge Retreat Center in Marietta, SC for all-day ropes course training events. Over the course of previous weeks, RCS provided classroom leadership training for RCS Project Managers and Site Superintendents. The ropes course was a capstone to the first part of their in-house training program.
Two separate ropes course events took place, on October 21st and again on November 4th. Activities included low-ropes problem solving, medical and rescue techniques, and a challenge tower high-ropes course. Ongoing leadership training helps serve RCS’s mission to grow and develop strong leaders within our company. The ropes training reinforced concepts of problem-solving, accountability, and teamwork, which are essential to positions of management.
