Communication between team members is essential to how well an organization functions. But in today’s age and environment, where important emails can easily get lost in the clutter, and valuable face-to-face meetings simply are not possible sometimes, breakdowns in communication can happen more easily than we’d like.
To help our company communicate better, RCS is deploying SnapComms company-wide. SnapComms is a Mass Communication program that is similar to an internal social media. It allows RCS team members to share company information across our entire organization, in a way that’s engaging to help keep relationships closer. SnapComms will be accessible by smartphone, desktop, and digital sign-in from other devices. As our company continues to grow and evolve, remaining quick and responsive with our communications will only become more important, and the launch of SnapComms marks an important step in the right direction for our team.
