Safety on the job site is our first priority on every RCS project, as anyone in our company or who works with us knows. As a measure to help train and prepare our people to respond in moments of emergency, RCS is conducting First-Aid and CPR Certification courses for all employees, with the goal of having 100% certification.
Until recently, certification training was scheduled periodically throughout the year and was conducted in groups for the sake of efficiency. In an effort to be more thorough, RCS will include First-Aid and CPR certification as part of every new employee’s required onboarding training. Not only will this help our goal of 100% certification in our company at all times, it will also give new employees the fundamental knowledge they need to protect themselves and others on the job site, from day one of their careers at RCS.
