Beginning in 2017, RCS Grading partnered with Mark III Properties to develop a 654-lot residential site in Greenville, SC. The project involved multiple builders, including DR Horton, Mungo, and Eastwood Homes, working on a total project area of 181 acres. RCS is performing grading and utility services throughout the project’s duration. As of 2022, Phases 1 and 2 are successfully delivered, with Phase 3 nearing completion.
