In 2019, RCS Grading began Phase 1 of development on a 389-lot residential site known as Anderson Gant in Spartanburg, SC. Working for Mark III Properties, RCS provided site development, grading, and storm drainage services for the 135-acre project. As of 2022, Phases 1-3 have been completed, and a new phase on the adjacent property is currently being planned.
