Formed in 1997, RCS Grading has served Upstate South Carolina for more than 20 years as one of the region’s top contractors. Our company has grown from a handful of grading crews to a team of more than 200 dedicated men and women with one of the largest heavy equipment fleets of any contractor in our area, and we continue to expand our services.
